Post #15 (For 02/04/11)
I definitely feel like I was very productive this week! I was able to complete most of the things on the checklist and even finish some of the things that I wasn't able to finish last week because of my absences. My partner and I are a little behind on finding articles and media relating to our topic but I'm pretty sure that we will be caught up by next week. We also were able to contact several psychologists and a couple of them responded as well. I'm excited to talk to them mostly because I'm also interested in someday becoming a teen psychologist. I've been reading more of the Bell Jar and while some parts of it are kinda depressing, I've found that in other parts it's easy to relate to the main character and several of the things she says. I hope the book keeps getting interesting.

I was thinking we should start looking into the articles and media on Thursday if you are not going to do volunteership. But if you are I think I can go hunting on my own and I will just show you my findings lately. I finally looked up the authors background and read how some people believe that the Bell Jar actually correlates with the authors real life.
ReplyDeleteI can totally see you as a teen psychologists. You should look for the book reviews of the books you guys are reading they are helpful. I like how we get to pick to learn something we are interested on. Well good luck on your project.
